Yes, they absolutely do. All our SAP Access systems support Remote Function Calls (RFC) access for external 3rd party apps and solutions and also access for Web Services.
While we do support RFC connections in our public clients, we do not give out SM59 authorization to ensure the stability and reliability of the system for all subscribers therein. Existing RFC connections in the public client may be used, but no new ones will be created there.
If you have a private dedicated Access client, an RFC connection can be set up for you; you would simply need to provide us with all appropriate documentation letting us know the purpose of the connection and what it connects to. There is an extra charge for the time spent reviewing and creating/setting it up.
