Overview

  1. At logon screen, click “Hamburger menu” in the upper left corner.

  2. Under SAP LOGON OPTIONS, choose GENERAL, then select the dropdown menu for LANGUAGE. Click OK after your selection, log out, and log back in for settings

  3. Click APPLY

  4. Click YES in new pop-up. This will end your session.

  5. Upon opening SAP LOGON again, note that the language has been changed (in this example, language is now in Spanish (ES))

Or, after logging in:

  1. Go to SYSTEM, then USER PROFILE, and select USER DATA

  2. Select DEFAULT, then LOGON LANGUAGE, make your selection, then click the GREEN CHECK MARK

  3. Click SAVE

  4. Note the message saying user has been changed; click EXIT

  5. Upon logging back in, be sure to manually enter the language abbreviation that you have just changed your default to in the system (Spanish (ES) in this example)

  6. Display language has been changed; click GREEN CHECK MARK and continue
