In this overview course, we will look at the more standard migration objects available. We will discuss the enhancements to the capability of transferring data directly from an SAP source system to SAP S/4HANA.

Foundation Objects and Picklist in SuccessFactors

This course will cover Foundation Objects and Picklist concepts in SuccessFactors Employee Central. We will discuss the detailed steps to create new Foundation Objects like Company Code (Legal Entity), Location, Business Unit, Division, Department, Cost Center, and Position. In addition, the course will further show steps to import Foundation Object records as well as how to Create and Deactivate Custom Picklist in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP

This course starts with an explanation of the SAP Bill of Material (BOM) from the conceptual level in relevance to the Manufacturing Industry. You will learn to manage the content and control the behavior in various aspects of SAP BOM. We will then look inside SAP and demo an entire set of Master Data, and you will see how BOM is controlled in terms of user access, understand its transactions, and learn to delete and reactivate the Bill of Material.

In this high-level course, we start with a quick overview of SAP S/4HANA and look at the key drivers for this new system. This includes an overview of what SAP S/4HANA is built on. Additionally, the concepts of Central Finance and its different components such as Source Systems, SLT, CFIN Systems will be overviewed, as well as the different data flows which are comprised of Initial Load and Real-Time Replication.
