There are some disadvantages of using proxies in ABAP for SAP HANA.
The first disadvantage is lifecycle management between SAP HANA database server and SAP ABAP object in application server. The second disadvantage is there is no access control of procedure when using proxies in ABAP for SAP HANA. The third disadvantage is no extensibility available when using proxies in ABAP for SAP HANA.
