What is the consumption-based model in the SAP Cloud Platform?

The consumption-based model eliminates the need to license an SAP Cloud Platform service. Cloud services can be used on-demand and go off when there is no need. Customers need to pay based on the actual consumption and need to pay monthly with the purchased Cloud Credit.
