He is the author of Dashboards for Excel, Advanced Excel Essentials, Becoming a Data Head, and Data Smart 2nd Edition. He has received the prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award for a 7th year. Jordan has served as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician and is an adjunct instructor at Wake Forest University.
