What causes this issue?
You want to post a sample document (indicator FKKKO-XMBEL is set), but
the program did not use either of the two function modules:
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
FKK_CREATE_DOCFKK_CREATE_DOC_MASS
to create the document. Only these two function modules permit the
creation of sample documents.
This situation can only arise as a result of a program error.
