Clearing for doc. &1 item &2 not permitted, installment plan &3 activ

What causes this issue?

The line item was allocated to the <DS:GLOS.intallment plan>installment
plan</> with document number &V3&. You can only clear, or partially
clear, the item if document &V3& is cleared or partially cleared.

System Response

Clearing cannot be carried out.

How to fix this error?

To be able to carry out a direct clearing, the installment plan must
have been deactivated.
