What causes this issue?

The modification bracket structure is inconsistent.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can no longer perform a proper comparison of your modifications.
Reset the program to original status. If your modifications are then
still necessary, use the Version Management option to do this.
