What causes this issue?

You have changed a document status.
All possible statuses are defined via settings in Customizing (Document
management). The abbreviation you entered is not defined.

How to fix this error?

Check your entry and change it if appropriate.
Display the possible entries for status and select one.
If the status network is incomplete, contact your system manager. It
may be necessary to add to the status network.
