Special characters & and & not allowed

What causes this issue?

You want to create a new document and have used special character "&"
or "," in one of the fields of the <DS:GLOS.document_key>document
key</>.

System Response

These characters are not supported in document keys.

How to fix this error?

Replace these special characters with other characters.
