What causes this issue?

You are editing the attributes of a table control, and have reset the
"with title" attribute. However, a title element already exists.

System Response

If you continue, the sysem deletes the title element, since it will not
allow illegal combinations of attributes.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
