What causes this issue?

The specified program name is the name of an include program (of type
I), subroutine pool (type S), a class (type K), or an interface (type
J).

System Response

Screens can only be created for programs of the following types:
1 Online program
M Module pool
F Function group

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
