Control instructions/recipe already generated for &1 in original order

What causes this issue?

You have tried to include a master recipe in an existing process order.
The control recipe for the control recipe destination &1 has already
been created in the process order. The master recipe you now want
to include contains phases for the control recipe destination &1.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Rename the control recipe destination. Please note that you can enter
several addresses for the same control recipe destination in
Customizing.
