Inspection lot not found for process instructions of type '5'

What causes this issue?

You want to generate a PI sheet from the process order.
The process order features process instructions type '5' that denote
an inspection data request. However, no inspection lots exist for this
process order.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Do not create process instructions type '5', respectively delete it
or
create an inspection lot for the process order.
