Qty changes to &1 outside charge quantity range &2 - &3 not allowed

What causes this issue?

You have tried to change the order quantity. However, the value you
have entered (&V1&) is outside the charge quantity range of the
relevant master recipe. You may not do this in production requiring
approval.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the quantity so that it remains within the charge quantity range
or withdraw the approval for this order if you are authorized to do so.
