Posting date &1 is not the last period in company code &2

What causes this issue?

You entered special period &V3& in the document header. This is only
allowed if the posting date (&V1&) falls in the last normal period in at
least one of the company codes involved. However, this is not the case
for document item with company code &V2& tested here.

System Response

Posting can only be executed if, for at least one line item, the posting
date falls in the last normal period.

How to fix this error?

Check the posting date and change the special period entered in the
document header, if you have the necessary authorization. If you do not
change this data and also do not enter additional items in other company
codes in this document, posting cannot be executed.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
