What causes this issue?

For activity 02 (change (close) reconciliation key), you do not have
authorization for authorization object F_KKSU (FI-CA reconciliation keys
and posting totals).

Error message, you cannot close the reconciliation key.

How to fix this error?

To carry out the required action, request the appropriate authorization
from your system administrator.
