Change function only possible for cash payment component

For payments with no cash portion, the system does not permit a change
function.

System Response

You can pay the overpayment as change.

How to fix this error?

Post the overpayment as on account or donations.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
