Tax determination code &1 not found

What causes this issue?

The system could not determine the value-added tax determination
indicator for additional taxes referring to a FI-CA document from p
osting area 2102. No entry was found for the value-added tax
determination indicator &v1&, the fiscal type &v2&, and province &v3&,
&v4&.
The additional taxes can have a minimum amount as a prerequisite that
must be exceeded for each document before the tax is due. Below this
minimum amount, no tax is due. Taxes with minimum amounts are present in
Argentina, for example.

System Response

Processing cannot be continued.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the missing entry in posting area 2102.
INCLUDE FICA_NA_CUST_2 OBJECT DOKU ID TX
