What causes this issue?

Account determination is not possible for the individual value
adjustment account in posting area 1304. This posting area is reserved
for account-based value adjustments for the Czech Republic and
Slovakia. Maintain an entry for account &v2& in company code &v1&.

System Response

Individual value adjustment cannot be carried out for the postings on
receivable account &v2&.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the entry in posting area 1304 and restart the transfer
posting run.
