What causes this issue?

The check rules defined at event 5008 are industry-specific and will
only run in principle or in specific cases depending on the industry.
The defined check rules were applied to the open business partner
items from <DS:FU.FKK_SAMPLE_5008>check rules according to
industry-specific additional data</>.
&V1& open business partner items were not written off in accordance with
the check rules.
