Not possible to transfer request item &1 that is assigned to contract

What causes this issue?

You did not enter a contract as a target for the transfer. As a result,
request items with account assignment to the contract cannot be
transferred.

System Response

Request items with assignment to a contract are not included in the
transfer.

How to fix this error?

If you want to transfer request items with account assignment to a
contract, you have to enter a contract as a target.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
