What causes this issue?

General ledger account &V1& for short account assignment key &V2& must
not be changed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the general ledger account is to be changed, you have to change the
entry in Customizing and set the indicator <LS>G/L Account Can Be
Overwritten</>.
To change the Customizing, choose <LS>Customizing</> or <LS>Maintain
Entries</>.
