Error retrieving employee's final pay period information

What causes this issue?

An error occurred when the system attempted to retrieve the final pay
period infomation for the employee from the payroll results cluster RK.

System Response

The system will display an error message and reject the employee from
the current processing.

How to fix this error?

Execute the report RPCLSTRK to display the employee's payroll results
in the cluster RK and review the final pay period information.
If you are able to execute report RPCLSTRK successfully, return to your
previous activity and try again.
If you are not able execute report RPCLSTRK, report this problem to
your System Administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
