What causes this issue?

A record for the DmfA section <ZK>Second Pillar Information </>(
<ZH>90172</>) has been created within the payroll function
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECIFUNC_BEEVLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>BEEVL</>. However,
the <ZK>Monthly Scale Salary </>(<ZH>01220</>) field does not contain
any amount.

System Response

As a result, the DmfA declaration will be rejected by the SI authorities
