Period gaps in correspondence creation for &1 &2 &3

What causes this issue?

When correspondence was created, it was noticed that correspondence for
the previous period was not created. Gaps in correspondence creation
for this type of correspondence are not allowed.

System Response

The correspondence requested is not created.

How to fix this error?

Using the correspondence history, check which
correspondence was last generated for this account, and reproduce the
missing correspondence.
