Correspondence &1 of correspondence type &2 not found in database

What causes this issue?

You tried to output a correspondence request from the correspondence
history list. The following are possible causes of this error:
Depending on the selected <DS:DE.CORR_PRINT_MODE>output mode</>, the
system considers the output date when the correspondence request is
selected. The result is that the correspondence request is not found in
the database due to its <DS:DE.CORR_TECH_STATUS_KK>technical status</>.
The correspondence request was loaded from the archive. Therefore it no
longer exists on the database.

System Response

The correspondence request cannot be printed.

How to fix this error?

Check the following:
Does the output mode agree with technical status of the correspondence
request?
Does the correspondence you want exist in the optical archive?

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
