Cancellation declaration is not permitted as consecutive document type

You are trying to process a declaration and a cancellation declaration
at the same time.

System Response

The declaration cannot be processed.

How to fix this error?

Change the consecutive documents of the main document in the recycling
partner dialog. At least one consecutive document is of type N
(cancellation) at this moment.
