What causes this issue?

company code &V2& and country &V3& in REA and consequently cannot be
settled.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create the article &V1& in <DS:TRAN.J7L1>REA</>.
