Error writing target file &1 for DME

What causes this issue?

An error when writing file &V3&.

System Response

The file was was not created, because during the transfer of
declaration data for recycling partner &V2& in the company code &V3& to
an ASCI file an error occured.

How to fix this error?

check the data to the target directory on their frontend
