File names are defined; do not change from &1 to &2

What causes this issue?

The file names for data medium exchange use the naming conventions
stipulated by the recycling partners. The file name <(>&<)>V2& does
not comply with these naming conventions.

System Response

The system proceeds with the save operation.

How to fix this error?

Save the files with the correct name again, if necessary.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
