Delimitation via customer not in hierarchy requires existing declaration

What causes this issue?

If you want to run the program with the <LS>Customer not in Hierarchy</>
indicator active, the program must have already been run in the
corresponding period using selection criteria in the customer
hierarchy area.

System Response

The declaration run is not executed.

How to fix this error?

First execute a declaration run using a customer hierarchy, or deselect
the indicator.
