What causes this issue?

The system determined that data for your own logical system &V3&, or a
hierarchy with your own logical system &V3& are already stored in
summarization version &V2&. Therefore, you can enter neither data nor a
new hierarchy with the new 'own logical system' &V1& in this
summarization version.

Processing is not continued.

How to fix this error?

Check your entries. If you want to use &V1& as your new own logical
system, then use a new summarization version for storing the data or
the hierarchy.
