What causes this issue?

You chose "Use local settings," but at the same time you entered an RFC
destination for determining the central settings. This can cause
confusion. Therefore this combination is not allowed.

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use the local settings, then delete the RFC destination
for the central settings. On the other hand, if you want to use the
central settings, set the "Use central settings" indicator.
