Hierarchies are not the same in summarization versions &1 and &2.

What causes this issue?

The hierarchies for investment program &V3& are not identical in
summarization versions &V1& and &V2& starting from the point of entry
position &V4&.
Reports using program positions and different summarization versions
are generally only possible when the hierarchies are identical in both
summarization versions.
