Property list/insurance list only as of end of fiscal year

What causes this issue?

At the present time, you can only obtain a property list/insurance
list at the end of a fiscal year. The report date that you
entered in company code &V1& is not the end of the fiscal year.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?
