SYST: Error when creating ANLE (Notify system manager)

What causes this issue?

The data dependent on the chart of depreciation for chart of
depreciation &V1& was not changed. Therefore, nothing was saved.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
