in years that is specified for the asset class.

How to fix this error?

You can do one of the following:
Correct your entry for the useful life of the asset to correspond to
the maximum allowed useful life specified in the asset class.
Change the maximum allowed useful life in the asset class
(-> in the detail screen of the depreciation area concerned).
