Deactivation date earlier than last closed year & (Correct)

What causes this issue?

The deactivation date is in a closed fiscal year. Deactivation is only
possible in a fiscal year after &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
