What causes this issue?

In the current document, a retirement was already entered for this
asset. For technical reasons, you <ZH>cannot</> make another entry on
this asset in the same transaction.

System Response

The transaction terminates in order to prevent data inconsistency.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
