You cannot post write-ups

What causes this issue?

According to the transaction type, you have to post to area &V1&.
However, in this area, there is either no accumulated depreciation or
the write-up depreciation type(s) are not managed in this area.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the transaction type.
