What causes this issue?

You want to post a transfer to the asset &V1& &V2&. However, in
depreciation area &V3&, there is no depreciation start date for
ordinary depreciation or special depreciation.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
