What causes this issue?

No posting is possible in the fiscal year &V1& specified. The fiscal
year specified differs by more than a year from the fiscal year in
which the last postings were performed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Correct your fiscal year specifications.
