What causes this issue?

In the search without MoT, the system searches for the contracts which
match the criteria from the LDC except MoT.
During this search, the system matches the value of the customer/vendor,
plant (& org. data), material entered on the LDC with corresponding
values in the contracts. Additionally, the system also matches the
incoterms (either directly entered on the LDC or auto determined).
The system also checks that the LDC creation date lies within the
delivery period of contracts.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
