The indicator set cannot be used for rate type &1

What causes this issue?

The indicator <DS:DE.ESTI_ANL>ignore contract allocation of register
during exatrapolation</> is set for rate type &v1&. This can can only be
done for rate types that are <DS:DE.USE_REGISTER>permitted for
registers</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
