Values for operand &1 must not be deleted

What causes this issue?

You tried to delete the values for operand &v1&. However, the
<DS:DE.HISTSTEU>historical maintenance control</>
in the operand definition does not allow you to do this.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use transaction EA51 to change the historical maintenance control
in the operand.
