Extractions index cannot be deleted because archiving already started

What causes this issue?

You cannot delete extraction index &v1& because archiving has already
been prepared or executed for at least one of the participating billing
documents.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You cannot use a standard program to undo document archiving. A
customer-specific solution is required for this.
