What causes this issue?

One of the following situations has occurred when allocating
<DS:DE.INSTROLE>installation role</> &v2& to <DS:DE.INSTGRTYPE>grouping
type</> &v1&:
The field <DS:DE.DISTREL>Distribution-Relevant</> is selected but data
exchange has not been defined.
The field <LS>Distribution-Relevant</> is not selected but data exchange
has been defined.
The field <LS>Distribution-Relevant</> contains the value &v3&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
