User & is not assigned to any user group

What causes this issue?

You attempted to use ABAP/4 Query, but you are not assigned to any user
group.
You must be assigned to at least one user group and have the
appropriate authorizations if you want to create queries yourself.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator.
